My name is Carly Porter… And I’m really good at bad decisions.
How do I know this, exactly? Well, not including the time I accidentally bleached my eyebrows or sprained my ankle changing a lightbulb…
I had sex with my best friend’s brother.
Zeke Elliott has been a thorn in my side for eleven years. A very sexy, very tempting, very freaking annoying one. With big…hands.
And now my clitoris has a crush on the guy.
Seriously. I can’t look at him without my vagina performing accidental kegels. Which would be fine, but he’s Cain’s brother. I hate him. He’s off limits, right?

This book had soooo much emotion than I ever expected. After reading Cary in Being Brook I was sure that she would be like Brooke as well but no she was way more sort out than Brooke.
This book had comparatively more emotional drama than in Being Brooke. So the book starts with a Prologue where Carly spends a night with Zeke and are not to mention about it later.
“As far as everyone else is concerned, it never has and never will happen. Are we clear?”
“Crystal. Now, are you going to shut the hell up?”
“No. As a rule, I don’t shut up. Ever.”
Fast forward few months and Carly is not happy with her job, she feels like a third wheel between her friends and she still has no luck in dating. But the way Zeke feels her up and do things to her. Odd she is mesmerized by it.
Obviously she hates Zeke, but there is an undeniable attraction between them.
The grin that slowly stretches across his face is easy and annoyingly sexy. I simultaneously want to smack it and sit on it. Violence or sluttiness? Hmm.
Zeke, obviously handsome as sin has trust issues. He was may more complicated than he was portrayed in book 1. Zeke has trust issue. Obviously when you find out the girl you are going to marry is sleeping with someone else just two weeks before the wedding does that you.
There’s something about the way the fabric of a white, button-down shirt is weaved with pheromone magic or something equally similar. There can be no other explanation for why such a simple look is, oh my god, so fucking hot.
Zeke and Carly’s relationship was like fire. They sizzled together. There was so much drama between the two I was sighing reading them.
I loved how Brooke and Cain were shown in this book. Both so understanding and mature. Yes, you heard me Brooke being mature and understating. But still she was just her own self pretty much.
Cain looks between us a little more. “I don’t know if I’m more disturbed about my brother and best friend kissing or that my girlfriend finds it hot.”
Finally I want to say I really really enjoyed this book. Emma Hart where are you? want to kiss your hand for writing Carly and Brooke!
I’m falling for the one guy I swore I’d never touch. I’m falling for my best friend’s brother.
