Stella Rosencourt is the premier event coordinator of Savannah’s elite. With her biggest event of the year ahead – the Mayor’s St. Patrick’s Day ball – she has little time for distractions. But the mysterious Padraig MacNamara and his lush Irish accent are definitely proving to be a distraction.
Padraig MacNamara is an inked enigma. A man of few words who crashes in the back room of the Jaded Lily tattoo parlor and associates with questionable people around town. Stella is convinced he has a vendetta against her but over what, she doesn’t know. Her instincts are warning her to stay away. Her curiosity is begging her to figure him out.
What happens when you’re wickedly attracted to the person you hate the most?

So this was first book i read by the author and I am really impressed! This book was comparatively small but I like the drama and story flow of it.
So here Stella our main female character is an event planner and she is to plan St. Patrick’s day for the Mayor. Padraig, the main male character, is the son of Mayor and very much hate mayor’s new wife who is a uptight and vile bitch, so he assumes Stella who works for her is the same. And Stella also thought of him as an arrogant jerk.
But well obviously when they both met and spent time together they were proved both wrong.
I really loved the planning and food dishes which were very Irish! I never had anything of Irish but they looked – or read – yum! Padraig mom wanted to start a restaurant but was’t able to do that due to the split up between the mayor and her.
The characters were less as it only revolved around the main event and how to accomplish that in real Irish way. Thus the name Proper Irish!
About the Author
Hi, I’m Zeia.
I like to write words. But sadly, at this moment, not many are coming to me to explain who I am.
I’m a small town girl from GA. I enjoy getting into the zone and typing until my hands go numb. I like curling up under a blanket with coffee and reading when life allows me the time – especially when it’s rainy outside. I love my family with all of my heart. I am fond of humor and laughter because I think it keeps us sane and grounded. I pride myself in being open minded: say what you want to say, be who you want to be. Just don’t be mean, rude or a bully – because then you’ll see my Hulk side.
